Confidence note. Not opened. A fresh search of the Internet Archive in this session found single-issue scans of The Watch Tower for 1 January, 1 February, 15 March, 1 June, 1 September, 15 October, 1 November, 1 December and 15 December 1928, but no scan of the 15 November 1928 issue and no bound volume for 1928. The item 'Watchtower19281929' was checked and is a Wesleyan College student newspaper, not Watch Tower Society material.

Notes. No text from this issue is quoted anywhere in this ledger and its quote field is deliberately empty. The phrase “Satan's Bible” is commonly attributed to this issue and remains unverified; it is not present in the issue of 1 December 1928, which was searched in full.
