Confidence note. The 8 Nov 1995 issue's page 4 is not on wol and no scan was opened; the change date rests on discovery sources (JWfacts, Watchman Fellowship, Wikipedia) that agree, plus the wol trail (old wording last quoted g94 11/8; new wording quoted km 10/96).
